Description
UV and alkali resistance: Polypropylene fibres offer excellent resistance to UV rays and alkalis contained in cement. They remain stable even under adverse environmental conditions. By adding polypropylene fiber to concrete and other construction products, shrinkage stresses can be absorbed, effectively reducing the occurrence of shrinkage cracks. Polypropylene fibres prevent shrinkage cracks in concrete and improve water retention of fresh concrete or plaster. They contribute to long-term stability and durability, without causing corrosion inside the concrete. Add 500-800g of polypropylene fiber per cubic meter of mortar or concrete to the already prepared mixture, mix for at least five minutes. For smaller quantities, add the corresponding proportion depending on the amount of mixture. Polypropylene fibers are suitable for a variety of applications, including concrete, plaster, mortar, industrial floors, heated floors, balcony and patio cladding, as well as the manufacture of precast concrete elements.
