Description
product description: The SERVO42C closed-loop motor is a product independently developed by the Maker Base to meet market demand. The closed-loop motor feeds back the rotation angle of the stepper motor to the drive circuit to detect whether every step that should be taken is taken, in order to prevent missing steps. If a lost step occurs and the loop is closed, the motor will make up for it through the feedback information. When a step is lost, the blue LED light on the closed-loop module will light up (the blue LED light is the lost step indicator light). It is suitable for 3D printer manufacturers with high mass production accuracy requirements.
Product features:
1. Support FOC vector control, three-loop control of torque, speed and position. 2. Supports direct serial port control, reading position and status, and setting system parameters. 3. Supports one-click setting of system parameters on the screen and automatic saving, which can completely get rid of the host computer. 4. Power-on self-test, automatically identify some parameters, automatically determine some error conditions and prompt. 5. Use 8 high-quality MOS tubes to form a double H-bridge driver, making the motor control smoother. 6. The onboard industrial-grade high-precision 16384 linear magnetic encoder is used to enable precise positioning of every step. 7. Supports any subdivision from 1 to 256, even odd subdivisions (such as 1l subdivision) are also possible. 8. Supports 42 stepper motors with any length of 0.9°and 1.8°. 9.
