Shipment costs are calculated based on the delivery address, the Products ordered, and the available delivery options. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed to the Buyer before the Order is placed and confirmed. If free delivery is available for certain Products or Orders, this will be clearly stated before checkout. Any additional charges, such as costs for special delivery services, oversized Products, or delivery to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Products may be delivered by the Seller directly or through third-party delivery partners appointed by the Seller. The estimated delivery time will be indicated before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, the selected carrier, product availability, public holidays, customs procedures where applicable, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If the package shows visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance of the delivery or notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred, including redelivery, storage, or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed on the Platform including or excluding applicable taxes, as indicated at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges applicable to the Order will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed, where required by applicable law. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, or delivery issues resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by the authorities of the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer personal data only to the extent necessary for the management and fulfilment of Orders, including order processing, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Buyer personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers involved in the fulfilment of the Order, such as payment service providers, delivery companies, customer support providers, and marketplace operators, only where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers have the right to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of their personal data, where applicable.
