  The keypad locks for 20 seconds after three incorrect PIN attempts. After three additional incorrect attempts, the lockdown period extends to 5 minutes.

• What if I forget my PIN?

  Two emergency override keys are included, allowing access to the safe if the PIN is forgotten.

• Can I change the PIN code?

  Yes. The safe features an internal one-touch reset button that allows you to quickly set a new PIN code.

• Can I turn off the keypad sound?

  Yes. Silent mode can be activated to disable sounds during PIN entry and safe opening.

• How is the safe powered?

  The safe operates using 4 x AA batteries located inside the safe.

• What happens if the batteries run out?

  If the batteries become depleted, the supplied emergency override keys can be used to access the safe and replace the batteries.

• How do I replace the batteries?

  The safe is powered by 4 x AA batteries located inside the safe. To replace them, open the safe door and remove the battery compartment cover. Insert four new AA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-), then refit the cover. We recommend replacing all batteries at the same time and using high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. If the batteries become depleted before replacement, the supplied emergency override keys can be used to access the safe.

• Can the safe be secured to a wall or floor?

  Yes. The safe is supplied with fixing points for easy and secure installation.
