U-shaped design allows you to cut the rounded and curved edges of laminated boards, cardboard and wood veneer panels. It ensures a perfect and consistent cut of straight and curved edges and offers exceptional performance for cutting cardboard, melamine and vinyl laminates – even thick materials (0.3 to 2.5 mm) – without the need for readjustment. The maximum cutting thickness is 2.5mm. Materials with a higher thickness may not be cut properly. Avoid contact between the blade and metal objects such as nails or screwdrivers, as this may damage the blade. Precision Cutting With Double Excentration Bearings. This trimmer is equipped with a special double eccentric bearing system that, combined with precision blade and bearing design, improves cutting stability and safety. Double eccentric bearings compensate for lateral vibration to prevent blade flickering and stabilize cutting path. Adjustable Edger. Blade adjustment method: Loosen the bottom bearing fixing nut and adjust the blade using the horizontal adjustment opening located on the back. Then loosen the two lower vertical screws. Adjust the bearing adjustment nuts and move the bottom bearing bracket up and down. Once the position is fixed, tighten the nuts.
