This manual drain auger is ideal for removing hair, soap scum and other minor organic blockages from domestic drains. It is best suited for bath, shower and bathroom sink drains, where soft blockages tend to accumulate in or near the bends.

• Equipped with a 10-metre (32.8-foot) flexible spring steel cable for tackling deeper blockages in many domestic drainage systems. The spring diameter is approximately 5.6 mm, and the tip diameter is approximately 10.2 mm.

• The handheld body and locking screw allow you to feed the cable out gradually and rotate it manually to penetrate the blockage. This is a practical, non-electric option for routine maintenance of domestic drainage systems.

• Not suitable for toilets, heavy grease build-up, hard obstructions, tree roots, cement-like debris or large outdoor drainage systems. For severe blockages, a more powerful drain cleaning tool may be required.

• Loosen the locking screw to feed the cable out, then tighten it, rotate and work through the blockage. Apply steady pressure and avoid forcing the cable into hard blockages to minimise tangling or damage.
