Description

Before installation, it is advisable to identify the substrate. Before laying, it is necessary to identify the substrate in which the plug is to be installed and to compare the load capacity of the plug with that indicated in the safety data sheet or national technical assessment.

Decide on the correct length of the plug (sheath + screw).

Use the correct drilling method depending on the type of substrate (holes in cellular concrete substrates must be drilled with a non-hammer drill).

The diameter of the drilled holes must match the diameter of the plugs used.

Holes in solid material substrates must be at least 10 mm deeper than the anchoring depth. Holes in solid materials must be cleaned of burrs with a low-speed drill.

The plug is inserted into the drilled hole, and the screw is screwed in until it is completely buried in the sheath (pre-assembly).
