Safety First

We understand how important it is to have ornaments in your tank that are not only durable but safe as well! All our ornaments are resin based and we only use non toxic materials in their creation. Some of the items we sell are large and we highly recommend stabilizing them before you leave them in the tank.

To stabilize your products it may be that you need to press them into the gravel which ensures they don't move, or if it is an ornament with an open underside, hold the item at an angle to allow any air bubbles to escape before it finally settles in its resting place within your tank display. Don't be alarmed if your ornament starts to float a bit, once stabilized all will be settled and perfect.

Keeping Ornaments Clean

Who doesn't like a clean home and fish are no different! We would recommend cleaning your ornaments once a month to ensure they stay in perfect condition for as long as you need them in your picturesque fish tank displays.

To clean our range of ornaments it is very simple indeed. Once removed from the tank, simply put them in a bucket of warm tap water and give them a scrub all over using an aquarium brush or toothbrush. Make sure to brush the underside of the ornament as this is where algae can build up.

Once your ornaments are all cleaned up, simply rinse under water to remove any excess dirt and then you can stabilize the product in your tank again. It really is as easy as that!
