SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT The liquid level sensor is a filling level tester with simple structure and easy handling. It does not require power supply or complex circuits. Compared with traditional mechanical switches, it is smaller and has a longer service life. The floating ball in this level switch can be changed to allow for both filling and deflation.
Working Principle Our liquid floating switch is composed of a magnetic spring switch and a floating ball with magnetic material inside. When the liquid level increases or decreases, the magnetic material of the floating ball interacts with the spring loaded magnetic contact switch to control and display the level.
INSTRUCTIONS There is a small mark on one end of the floating ball. If the end with this mark points upwards, this is the filling fitting (normally closed). It opens when it goes up and closes when it goes down. If the smooth side of the floating ball is upwards without a mark, this is the drain fitting (normally open). It closes when it goes up and opens when it goes down.
