[1]: APPLY TO - A rivet nut is used for metal plates or non-metallic, wood and other plates in housing construction, and can also be used in the assembly of furniture, household thin iron cabinets, equipment shells, and other machine and light industrial products. [2]: SPECIFICATION - Thread Size: M8(Dia); Drill Hole Size: 11mm/0.43"(D); Length: 18mm/0.71"(L); Head Outer Diameter: 14.5mm/0.57"(D) [3]: DESIGN - The rivet nut is designed to solve the problem that the material is too thin to process the thread. It needs to be riveted with a pneumatic or hand rivet tool. The teeth of the nut are pressed into the plate by an external force so that the periphery of the hole is deformed, and the deformed object is pressed into the guide groove. This achieves the locking effect. [4]: ADVANTAGE - All use aluminum alloy material, anodic oxidation plating finish, high hardness, no-rust, wear-resistance, and perfect corrosion resistance. Replace the traditional welding nut, make up for the problem of metal sheet, thin tube welding and fusible.
