Description
Sponge: Moisten the sponge and wipe it to remove oxides and solder residue, which can restore welding performance, improve welding efficiency, and prevent oxidation. Tin wire: Clean the welding area. Dip the soldering iron tip in a small amount of flux and apply it to the soldering point. Then put the tin wire and the purlin into contact with the workpiece. After the tin has melted and mixed well with the workpiece, remove the iron and allow the solder to cool and solidify naturally. Tin wire fills gaps between components and adheres to the surface, forming a strong physical connection and conductive path. It also cleans metal surfaces, prevents oxidation and improves strength and durability. Rosin: Used as a flux, it removes oxide films, improves the fluidity of the solder and prevents oxidation. Instructions: Preheat the soldering iron and dip the tip into the rosin until it soaks with tin. Then apply a small amount of rosin to the workpiece. Then dip the purlin into the tin wire. Melt the solder and apply it to the workpiece. Hold the pressure for seconds before removing the iron. Soldering Iron Tips: Sharp tip: Suitable for welding precision components, thin wires and component lugs. Angled tip: Suitable for welding large area components, heat transfer devices and high power components. Horseshoe tip: Suitable for welding large area components, thick terminals and large pellet components. Product colour: Orange/Grey Product weight: g Product dimensions: mm
