Manual Tile Cutter 700 mm Double Rail Moulded Base Magnetic Separator

Cuts tiles up to 700mm in a straight line and 495mm diagonally. The adjustable angle guide allows precise cuts at 0°, 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°, ideal for home laying jobs. Double chrome solid rails combined with an integrated bearing trolley ensure smooth movement with less friction. Do not apply lubricant to avoid the accumulation of dust and residue. The manual separator can be raised and held by the built-in magnet during tracing so as not to interfere with movement. Lower it only after tracing to break the tile accurately. The one-piece molded base provides excellent rigidity and stability. Foam pads on surfaces in contact with the tile improve adhesion and help to limit chips and cracks during cutting. The integrated graduated ruler and angle guide make it easy to position tiles. Folding side arms provide better support when cutting large format tiles. Tungsten carbide wheel allows for a cutting time of about 2 km. Two adjustment screws on the front allow the guide to be readjusted after prolonged use to maintain optimum accuracy. Wear protective gloves during use. Raise the separator before tracing and make a single continuous passage from the back to the front. Then lower the divider to break the tile. We recommend practicing on tile scraps before first use.
