Grinding and polishing steps

1. Clean the whole car，use a paint cleaner with strong detergent to clean the whole car.

2. Polish with water sandpaper.For defects such as coarse grit, fine sandpaper marks, run-off marks, etc.

3. Coarse and fine grinding. A machine grinder (electric or pneumatic)

4. Polishing. Use of a mechanical polishing machine

5. Manual glazing

Step 1

Clean the entire vehicle. Use a strong detergent paint cleaner to clean the entire vehicle. When using the cleaner, avoid particle dust from causing new scratches during grinding.

Step 2

Polish with water-based sandpaper. For defects such as coarse grit, fine sandpaper marks, drip marks. before polishing, use 600# ~ 1000# water sandpaper soaked in water to wrap it in a small rubber coating, and polish it lightly until it is smooth.

Step 3

Coarse and fine grinding. Use a grinder (electric or pneumatic) to add coarse grinding paste to the coarse grinding of water abrasive paper marks; then add grinding paste to the polishing for fine grinding.

Step 4

polishing. Using a mechanical polishing machine, plus a mirror surface treatment agent to throw away the impression of rotation left by the rough grinding paste, to achieve the mirror polishing effect of the paint film.

Step 5

When polishing is complete, wipe off the polishing compound and immediately wipe all polished parts with cotton thread dipped in glaze wax, then use dry cotton thread to wipe off excess glaze wax to make the paint surface shiny and dazzling
