Description
This EGR and cooler removal kit is designed for vehicles equipped with N57 and N57S diesel engines. It allows the complete deactivation of the exhaust gas recirculation system and the removal of the EGR cooler, which improves engine performance, reduces soot deposits and ensures cleaner intake air. The set is not suitable for vehicles with N57N engines. Usually, until 2002-2004 models, no ECU warning light is displayed. On newer models, the ECU warning light may appear after installation. It is recommended to carry out reprogramming of the ECU. This operation can be performed by a preparer. Compatible models: 3 series: E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 Restyling - 325d, 330d, 330xd; 5 series: F10 / F11 - 525d, 530d, 535d; 7 series: F01 / F02 - 730d, 740d, 740d xDrive; Plenty US: E92, E93 without facelift - 330d, 330xd. Box contents: CNC machined aluminium cover plates, high temperature seals, sealing plugs with O-rings, mounting screws, perfectly fitting copper and graphite seals.
