Description
Compatible models: Designed for vehicles equipped with M57N2 3.0L diesel engine, mainly covering the following models produced between 2002-2006, 3 Series (E46 platform), 5 Series (E60 Sedans and E61 Estate), 7 Series (E65), X3 (E83) and X5 (E53), with compatibility Original part number: 1171778999 and 1117804379. FUNCTIONALITY: This kit permanently removes the EGR circuit, eliminating the problems of clogging of the intake system caused by combustion residues. It significantly improves turbo response, reducing lag time and eliminating black fumes at start-up and high revs. In addition, removing the EGR system reduces pollution, thus optimizing overall engine performance. Simplified installation: Unlike traditional solutions, this kit is equipped with short connectors that allow removal of the EGR circuit without the need to cut or solder existing pipes. Installation is simple and requires no special tools, allowing for quick and efficient installation. MATERIAL: The removal of combustion residues and the suppression of vibration at acceleration allow for more economical fuel consumption and more stable idle. In addition, this solution helps reduce engine oil contamination, which extends the life of critical mechanical components and optimizes engine longevity. Note: Intended exclusively for off-road use of diesel vehicles. After installation, ECU reprogramming is essential to disable electronic faults (engine light)
