Intelligent electronic refrigerant group meter is an auxiliary instrument for installation, testing and maintenance of air conditioning, cold storage and other refrigeration equipment. The instrument has dual pressure test, dual temperature test (test clip required, not included), digital readout, multi-unit switching, multi-mode function and built-in refrigerant database. The instrument is designed with high-strength engineering plastics and flexible non-slip silicone, which makes the whole machine firm and comfortable to hold. Built-in 32-bit digital processing unit and high-precision data acquisition unit, high data and good stability. Large-size LCD display, support LCD backlight, data display is clear and easy to read, convenient and lightweight operation. The instrument can simultaneously measure dual pressure (gauge pressure), as well as dual temperature measurement (test clip required, not included), with multi-unit pressure automatic conversion, Celsius / Fahrenheit temperature automatic conversion function, convenient for different needs. Built-in database of 89 kinds of refrigerant pressure-evaporation temperature, also can calculate the subcooling and superheating, convenient to read the operating process data directly. It can also test vacuum measurement percentage; pressure leakage measurement, leakage time and speed record. Conforms to EC/EN61010-1 design and manufacturing safety standards
1) The Digital Manifold Pressure Tester measures gauge pressure.
2) Pressure test range is -101Kpa to 6Mpa (-0.1bar to 60bar).
3) Limit pressure is 10 MPa (100 bar).
4) Standard hose has a maximum working pressure of 600 PSI (approximately 4.13 MPa, 41.3 bar). Limit pressure is 3000 PSI (20.68 MPa, 206.8 bar).
5) Verify the pressure rating of the test equipment before testing. Do not use the instrument if it exceeds its range. Also for the DY517A, if the DY517 gauge in the package does not match the pressure requirements, a suitable replacement may be used for the test.
6) Do not use or store the instrument under high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive or strong electromagnetic field environment.
7) Do not change the internal circuit of the instrument to avoid damage or danger.
8) Please wear qualified protective equipment to protect the user during testing.
9) Use the instrument in a well-ventilated environment to prevent inhalation of toxic gases.
