Its compact footprint makes it easy to discreetly place inside a drawer, wardrobe, cupboard or home office while protecting keys, cash, wallets, cards and other small personal belongings. For added security, the safe can be securely anchored to a wall or floor using the supplied fixing points.

The Yale Electronic Safe L2 Mini combines convenient electronic access with a space-saving design that's perfect for smaller storage areas. Access your belongings using a personalised 3 to 8 digit PIN code, while two 16mm motorised locking bolts help protect against unauthorised access.

An automatic lockdown function provides additional protection by temporarily disabling the keypad after repeated incorrect PIN attempts.

  The safe is ideal for storing keys, cash, cards, wallets, watches, jewellery, passports and other small personal valuables.

• What happens if I enter the wrong PIN multiple times?

  The keypad locks for 20 seconds after three incorrect PIN attempts. After three additional incorrect attempts, the lockdown period extends to 5 minutes.

• What if I forget my PIN?

  Two emergency override keys are included, allowing access to the safe if the PIN is forgotten.

• Can I change the PIN code?

  Yes. The safe features an internal one-touch reset button that allows you to quickly set a new PIN code.

• Can I turn off the keypad sound?

  Yes. Silent mode can be activated to disable sounds during PIN entry and safe opening.

• How is the safe powered?

  The safe operates using 4 x AA batteries located inside the safe.

• What happens if the batteries run out?

  If the batteries become depleted, the supplied emergency override keys can be used to access the safe and replace the batteries.

• How do I replace the batteries?

  The safe is powered by 4 x AA batteries located inside the safe. To replace them, open the safe door and remove the battery compartment cover. Insert four new AA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-), then refit the cover. We recommend replacing all batteries at the same time and using high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. If the batteries become depleted before replacement, the supplied emergency override keys can be used to access the safe.

• Can the safe be secured to a wall or floor?

  Yes. The safe is supplied with fixing points for easy and secure installation.
