The tape is 50mm wide and 10m long. Its surface is flame retardant. It is made of a high density fiberglass fabric with an aluminum plated outer layer. Resists traction, corrosion and ageing. Adhesive holds up to about 248°F. The tape can be used on hot surfaces such as heating pipes, engine hood components or hot air ducts. It will not peel off under moderate heat. The adhesive power is high. The adhesive tears easily by hand, does not leave traces or sticky residue after removal. The ribbon will not bend or curl. You cut it to the desired length with scissors. The tape is waterproof: aluminum foil forms a barrier to air and water. Prevents water leakage and air infiltration.
