Temperature range NRB: -40 to 120 degrees Celsius. Double Lip Design The oil seal adopts a double lip design with a main sealing lip and auxiliary sealing lip. The main sealing lip is responsible for sealing lubricating oil, while the auxiliary lip provides additional dust protection to prevent the entry of light dust and liquid contaminants. SKELETON STRUCTURE - TC skeleton oil seals are composed of a single metal skeleton and rubber coating. This structure provides good elasticity and durability, while the skeleton design helps maintain the shape and stability of the oil seal. Spring Load The oil seal has a built-in spring to ensure constant pressure between the sealing lip and shaft, and can maintain effective sealing even when rotating at high speed or when the oil seal material is compressed and deformed due to wear.
