Before an Order is confirmed, all applicable shipping fees will be calculated and clearly presented to the Buyer. The final delivery cost is determined by several factors, including the shipping destination, the selected delivery method, and the specifications of the ordered Products (such as type, dimensions, weight, and quantity). If a Product or Order qualifies for free shipping, this will be prominently displayed prior to checkout. Any additional charges—such as fees for premium delivery services or shipments to remote locations—will be transparently disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is finalized.

Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been verified and the Order has been accepted. Shipments are sent to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete. Products are shipped either directly by the Seller or through third-party logistics providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown before Order confirmation, though actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs clearance procedures (where applicable), or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt by the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). If a package exhibits visible damage upon arrival, the Buyer should refuse acceptance where feasible, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, providing photographic evidence and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer's absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's designated timeframe, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage, or return expenses, as permitted by applicable law.

All displayed prices will either include or exclude applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and shown where legally required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with relevant EU directives and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the EU, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer's country.

Personal data is shared only with authorized service providers necessary for Order fulfillment—such as payment processors, shipping carriers, customer service platforms, and marketplace operators—and such sharing is conducted in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard Buyer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All Buyer data is treated as strictly confidential and is never sold to third parties. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, Buyers retain the right to exercise control over their personal data, including rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and object to data processing where legally permissible.
