Shipment fees are calculated based on the delivery address, the type, size, weight, quantity of the Products ordered, and the delivery method available for the Order. The applicable shipping costs are displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this information will be clearly indicated before the Buyer completes the purchase. Any additional delivery-related costs, including special delivery services, oversized items, or deliveries to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date. Products may be delivered by the Seller directly or by third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised, where possible, to refuse acceptance of the delivery or to immediately report the damage to the carrier and the Seller, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the absence of the Buyer, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s retention period, the Seller reserves the right to charge any additional delivery, storage, or return costs, where permitted under applicable law.

Prices are displayed including or excluding applicable taxes according to the information provided on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges, or other applicable taxes related to the Order will be calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed, where required by applicable regulations. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax legislation. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only for purposes necessary to fulfil Orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, manage returns and refunds, comply with legal obligations, and perform the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in the processing of Orders, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, only where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection where applicable.
