The exact shipping rate is determined by multiple factors: the recipient’s delivery address, along with the category, dimensions, weight and quantity of purchased items, plus the shipping options applicable to the order. All orders will be processed and dispatched only once payment verification and order approval are completed. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the Buyer during checkout. It falls under the Buyer’s obligation to guarantee all delivery details are full and error-free. Goods shipment is undertaken either by the Seller itself or third-party logistics providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order confirmation. Such timelines are subject to fluctuation, affected by shipping destination, courier capacity, public holidays, customs clearance formalities (if relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Title to the risk of loss or deterioration of goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the items by the Buyer or any third party authorized by the Buyer (excluding the shipping carrier). Should the package show obvious external damage at handover, the Buyer is advised to reject acceptance if feasible, or promptly notify both the courier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. In cases where delivery fails as a result of inaccurate buyer-provided details, the buyer’s unavailability, unreasonable rejection of parcels, or failure to retrieve goods within the courier’s designated collection window, the Seller reserves the right to levy extra fees for re-delivery, warehousing or item return, to the extent permitted by local governing laws.

Product pricing shown on the Platform at checkout will clearly indicate whether applicable taxes are already included or excluded. Where necessary, all levies relevant to the order — such as VAT, sales tax, import tariffs, customs charges and other tax liabilities — will be calculated and presented to buyers prior to order confirmation. Shipments bound for destinations inside the EU are subject to VAT, assessed in compliance with prevailing European Union and domestic national tax regulations. For orders shipped to locations outside the EU, buyers shall bear all customs duties, import levies, clearance expenses and other local charges imposed by the receiving nation, unless separate stipulations are specified on the Platform. The Seller implements appropriate technical and internal administrative safeguards to secure the Buyer’s personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper exploitation, modification or unauthorized disclosure. All buyer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Subject to relevant data protection regulations, Buyers are entitled to exercise their statutory personal data rights, such as requesting access to their records, correcting inaccurate data, requesting erasure, limiting data processing activities, and lodging an objection against data use where applicable.
