1. Delivery Areas The Company ships products to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete, accurate, and accessible for the carrier. 2. Delivery Times Delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation. The Company makes every reasonable effort to meet the stated delivery times, but shall not be held liable for delays caused by: Third-party carriers Customs clearance processes Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions) 3. Shipment Tracking Once the order has been dispatched, the Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing: The carrier’s name A tracking number (if available) A link to track the shipment status online 4. Delivery Attempts The carrier will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package to the provided address. If delivery fails due to the Buyer's unavailability or refusal to accept the package, the package may be held at a local collection point or returned to the Company. Any additional costs arising from failed delivery attempts (e.g., re-delivery fees, return shipping, storage fees) shall be borne by the Buyer. 5. Transfer of Risk The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer at the moment the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment. However, the Buyer's right to claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect products remains unaffected, as set out in the Return Policy. 6. Inspection upon Delivery The Buyer is encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.
