Shipment fees are calculated and clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery charges are determined based on the delivery address, the type, dimensions, weight, and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the available delivery method selected for the Order. Where free delivery is available for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated to the Buyer before checkout. Any additional charges, including fees related to special delivery services or deliveries to remote areas, will be transparently communicated to the Buyer prior to the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are complete, accurate, and up to date. Products are delivered either directly by the Seller or by third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs formalities where applicable, and any circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. In the event that the parcel shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance of the delivery or notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing supporting evidence such as photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage, or return costs, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges relating to the Order will be calculated and clearly presented to the Buyer where required before the Order is confirmed. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from customs procedures, tax controls, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller processes Buyer information solely for purposes necessary to manage Orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, handle returns and refunds, comply with legal obligations, and perform the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the fulfilment and management of the Order, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights relating to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection.
