Prior to the finalization of any purchase, the Buyer will be presented with a clear calculation of shipping charges. The final delivery fee is contingent upon several factors, including the destination, the physical attributes of the items (such as weight and dimensions), the quantity ordered, and the specific shipping options selected. Should a product or order qualify for complimentary shipping, this benefit will be explicitly highlighted during the checkout process. Conversely, any supplementary charges—such as those for expedited services or deliveries to hard-to-reach locations—will be transparently disclosed before the transaction is completed.

The processing and dispatch of orders commence only after payment verification and formal order acceptance. Goods will be routed to the destination specified by the Buyer at checkout; therefore, it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all provided shipping details are both comprehensive and correct. Fulfillment is handled either directly by the Seller or through designated third-party logistics partners. While estimated delivery windows are provided prior to checkout, actual arrival times may fluctuate due to destination variables, carrier capacity, public holidays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Liability for loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the goods by the Buyer or their designated agent (excluding the carrier). In the event of visible external damage upon arrival, the Buyer is advised to decline the shipment if feasible. Alternatively, they must promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing photographic evidence and relevant shipping documentation. Should delivery fail due to inaccurate Buyer-provided information, unavailability to receive the goods, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s designated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to invoice the Buyer for any resulting additional shipping, storage, or return expenses, to the extent permitted by law.

Product pricing will reflect the inclusion or exclusion of applicable taxes as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. All relevant taxes, including VAT, sales tax, import duties, and customs fees, will be calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation where legally required. For shipments within the European Union, VAT is applied in strict compliance with prevailing EU and national tax regulations. For international shipments outside the EU, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any destination-country levies, including customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise. The Seller bears no liability for delays or extra costs arising from customs inspections, tax assessments, or import restrictions imposed by the Buyer’s country of residence.

The Seller is committed to processing Buyer data exclusively for purposes essential to order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, legal compliance, and contract execution. Personal information may be shared solely with authorized service providers facilitating order processing (e.g., payment processors, couriers, customer service platforms, and marketplace operators), and only as necessary and in full compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect Buyer data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All Buyer information is treated as confidential and will never be sold to third parties. Buyers retain their statutory rights regarding personal data under applicable privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to data handling, where applicable.
