Delivery charges are determined based on the details of each Order and will be shown to the Buyer before the Order is submitted. The amount may vary depending on factors such as the delivery destination, the nature, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products, and the shipping option selected or available. If a Product or Order qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Any extra delivery-related charges, including fees for special handling, specific delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will also be disclosed before the Buyer completes the Order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted. Delivery will be made to the address entered by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer must ensure that all delivery details provided are correct and complete. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or through third-party delivery providers appointed by the Seller. Any estimated delivery timeframe will be shown before the Buyer confirms the Order. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as the destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, customs formalities where relevant, and other events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Responsibility for loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by another person designated by the Buyer, excluding the carrier. Where a parcel shows visible signs of damage on arrival, the Buyer should, where reasonably possible, refuse the shipment or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing photographs and any supporting delivery documentation. If delivery is unsuccessful because the Buyer supplied incorrect or incomplete information, was unavailable to receive the parcel, refused delivery without a legitimate reason, or failed to collect the shipment within the carrier’s permitted collection period, the Seller may recover any reasonable additional shipping, storage or return expenses, subject to applicable law.

Prices shown on the Platform will indicate whether applicable taxes are included or excluded at the time the Buyer places the Order. Where required, VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges, or any other applicable taxes and fees will be calculated or disclosed before the Order is finally confirmed. For Orders delivered within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the relevant EU legislation and the tax rules of the country concerned. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay import duties, local taxes, customs clearance charges, or similar fees imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform expressly states otherwise. The Seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays, additional charges, or other consequences arising from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections, import controls, or restrictions imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

The Seller will use Buyer information only to the extent necessary for processing Orders, arranging delivery, providing customer support, handling returns and refunds, complying with legal requirements, and fulfilling obligations arising from the sales contract. Where necessary for the completion of an Order, personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers involved in the transaction, including payment processors, logistics and delivery companies, customer support providers, and marketplace operators. Any such disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are implemented to protect personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer data is treated as confidential and will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the Order. Subject to applicable data protection laws, Buyers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data, including the rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to certain processing activities where those rights apply.
