Shipment charges are determined according to the delivery destination, the characteristics of the Products ordered, including their size, weight and quantity, and the delivery option selected or available. The corresponding shipping cost is communicated to the Buyer before the Order is validated. If an Order or Product qualifies for free delivery, this information will be displayed during the ordering process. Any supplementary charges that may apply, such as specific delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will also be clearly presented before the Buyer completes the Order.

Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery is made to the address entered by the Buyer when placing the Order, and the Buyer must ensure that all delivery details are complete and correct. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or by selected third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs formalities where applicable, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If a parcel appears damaged on delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse it or report the damage promptly to both the carrier and the Seller, together with photos and any relevant delivery documents. If delivery fails because of incorrect delivery details, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect it within the carrier’s specified period, any additional delivery, storage or return charges may be passed on to the Buyer where permitted by applicable law.

Prices are shown on the Platform with the applicable tax treatment indicated at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed, where required, before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with the relevant EU and national tax rules. For deliveries outside the EU, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform states otherwise. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions in the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only where necessary to manage Orders, deliveries, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations and the performance of the sales contract. Where required for Order processing, personal data may be shared with relevant service providers, including payment providers, carriers, customer service partners and marketplace operators, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Personal data is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their applicable data protection rights, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection, in accordance with the relevant laws.
