Shipping fees: For Bulgaria – €3.50 (free over €50). For EU countries – €9.90 (free over €100). For other European countries – €15.00 (free over €150). For rest of the world – €25.00 (free over €200). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/value.

Shipment terms: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination: Bulgaria – 1–3 business days; EU countries – 3–7 business days; other European countries – 5–10 business days; rest of the world – 7–14 business days. All shipments are made via reputable courier services with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch. The Company "KEREMIDA" EOOD (UIC 208602128, registered in Sofia Region, Bulgaria) is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of shipment. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable outside the European Union. If a package is refused or undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund. For deliveries within Bulgaria and the European Union, VAT is charged at the standard rate applicable in Bulgaria.
