Shipping charges applicable to an Order are calculated and presented to the Buyer before the completion of the purchase process. The amount of delivery fees may vary depending on the destination address, the characteristics of the Products purchased, including their type, dimensions, weight and quantity, as well as the available shipping options. If a Product or Order qualifies for free shipping, this information will be clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is placed. Any extra charges, such as costs related to special delivery arrangements or deliveries to specific remote locations, will be communicated to the Buyer prior to the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully verified and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. The Seller may arrange delivery either directly or through external logistics providers chosen by the Seller. Delivery estimates are provided before Order confirmation and may be affected by factors such as the destination, carrier capacity, holidays, customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The responsibility for loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party appointed by the Buyer, excluding the carrier. If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, whenever possible, refuse acceptance or notify both the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing photographs and relevant delivery evidence. Where delivery fails due to incorrect information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller may request reimbursement of additional costs arising from delivery attempts, storage or return of the Products, where legally permitted.

Product prices are displayed on the Platform with taxes included or excluded depending on the applicable tax rules and the information provided during the purchase process. Any VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges or other applicable governmental fees will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed where required. For shipments within the European Union, VAT treatment will follow the applicable EU regulations and national tax requirements. For shipments outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform expressly indicates otherwise. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or additional expenses resulting from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions imposed by the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer information solely for purposes related to order management, delivery arrangements, customer support, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations and the execution of the sales agreement. Buyer personal data may only be disclosed to third-party service providers involved in fulfilling the Order, including payment service providers, logistics companies, customer service providers and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and complies with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, modification or disclosure. Buyer data remains confidential and will not be transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. The Buyer may exercise applicable data protection rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to processing, in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
