The Seller implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to shield the Buyer’s personal data from unauthorized entry, accidental loss, improper use, modification or unauthorized leakage. All buyer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Purchasers are entitled to enforce their statutory personal data rights under relevant data privacy regulations, such as the right to view, amend, erase, limit data processing of their records, and lodge an objection against data handling where legally permitted.
