Shipping charges are computed and presented to the Purchaser prior to order confirmation. Applicable delivery charges are determined by the delivery destination, alongside the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, plus the shipping options available for the relevant order. Should free‑of‑charge delivery apply to a given product or order, this benefit shall be explicitly stated prior to the completion of checkout. All supplementary expenses — such as premium delivery options or surcharges for deliveries to remote locations — shall be disclosed to the Purchaser before the order is definitively validated.

Order processing and dispatch take place upon payment validation and acceptance of the order. Goods shall be delivered to the shipping address supplied by the Purchaser at the moment of order submission. It falls within the Purchaser’s obligation to guarantee the completeness and correctness of all delivery‑related details. Goods shall be dispatched either by the Vendor itself or via independent logistics providers chosen by the Vendor. Indicative delivery timelines are made visible prior to order validation. These timelines are subject to fluctuation based on shipment destination, courier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, as well as events beyond the Vendor’s reasonable control. Title‑risk for loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to the Purchaser upon physical receipt of the items by the Purchaser or any third‑party representative appointed by the Purchaser (excluding the courier). Where packaging shows obvious external damage at handover, the Purchaser shall, whenever feasible, decline acceptance of the consignment. Alternatively, the Purchaser must notify both the courier and the Vendor of such damage without delay, and furnish supporting photographic evidence alongside relevant delivery paperwork. Should delivery fail to be completed as a result of inaccurate data submitted by the Purchaser, the Purchaser’s unavailability, unjustified rejection of the consignment, or failure to collect the package within the courier‑specified collection window, the Vendor reserves the right to invoice the Purchaser for resulting re‑delivery, warehousing or return‑related expenses, to the extent permitted under applicable statutory provisions.

All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes according to the information shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed where required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax rules. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures, tax checks, or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Vendor commits to processing the Purchaser’s personal information solely for purposes required to administer orders, carry out deliveries, provide customer support, handle returns and reimbursements, comply with statutory legal duties, and give effect to the sales agreement. Personal data may be disclosed to third‑party service providers participating in order fulfilment — including payment‑processing entities, shipping couriers, customer‑support contractors and marketplace operators — only to the extent strictly required and in compliance with prevailing data‑protection legislation. The Vendor implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to safeguard the Purchaser’s personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, modification and unauthorised disclosure. Purchaser‑related personal information shall be treated in confidence and shall never be traded to external third parties. Subject to applicable data‑protection rules, Purchasers are entitled to exercise their statutory personal‑data rights, such as rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing of, and object to the handling of their personal data, insofar as those rights apply.
