Shipment fees are calculated and displayed before the Buyer confirms the Order. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, delivery method, and the type, size, weight, and quantity of the Products ordered. Where free delivery applies, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional charges, including special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will also be shown before the Order is confirmed.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed and the Order is accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer, who is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate. Products are delivered by the Seller or a third-party carrier appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are shown before Order confirmation and may vary due to destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the Products are physically received by the Buyer or a designated third party other than the carrier. If a parcel is visibly damaged, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse delivery or promptly report the damage to both the carrier and the Seller, providing photos and relevant delivery documents. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified period, the Seller may charge any resulting delivery, storage, or return costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges will be calculated and displayed where required before the Order is confirmed. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax rules. For deliveries outside the EU, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only as necessary to manage Orders, deliveries, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared, where necessary, with service providers involved in Order processing, including payment providers, carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is kept confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
