Shipment fees are calculated according to the delivery address, the type, size, weight and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the delivery method available for the Order. The applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Where free delivery is available for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional delivery costs, including charges for special delivery services or deliveries to remote areas, will also be shown to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is complete and accurate. Products are delivered by the Seller or by third-party carriers selected by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are displayed before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures where applicable, and circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, physically receives the Products. If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse the delivery or report the damage to the carrier and the Seller as soon as possible, together with photos and any relevant delivery documents. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect delivery information, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified period, the Seller may charge any reasonable additional delivery, storage or return costs, where permitted by applicable law.

All prices are displayed on the Platform inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges will be calculated and shown before the Buyer confirms the Order, where required. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax rules. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax controls or import restrictions in the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only as necessary to manage Orders, deliveries, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with service providers involved in processing the Order, including payment providers, carriers, customer service providers and marketplace operators, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Personal data is kept confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection, where applicable.
