Shipment fees are calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery cost depends on the delivery address, the type, size, weight and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the delivery method available for the Order. Where free delivery is offered for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional costs, including special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will be shown to the Buyer before final confirmation of the Order.

Merchandise will be packed and dispatched once payment verification and order approval are finalized. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address the buyer submits at checkout, and buyers bear full liability for submitting full, precise delivery details. Shipments are fulfilled either by the seller or authorized third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order submission. Actual transit periods may fluctuate due to destination location, courier capacity, official holidays, customs clearance formalities (if relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the seller’s reasonable control. Title to the risk of loss or deterioration of goods transfers to the buyer upon physical receipt of items by the buyer themselves or any third representative appointed by the buyer (excluding the logistics carrier). Should the package arrive with obvious exterior damage, buyers are advised to reject acceptance whenever feasible. Otherwise, they must promptly notify both the courier and the seller, attaching photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. Where delivery fails to be completed as a result of inaccurate buyer address details, the buyer’s unavailability, unreasonable refusal to accept parcels, or failure to retrieve goods within the courier’s holding window, the seller reserves the right to levy supplementary fees for re-delivery, warehousing or return shipment, subject to local governing regulations.

The Platform clearly labels all listed prices to show if applicable taxes are already incorporated or separate at checkout. All applicable levies including VAT, sales tax, import duties and customs fees for your order will be calculated and shown to buyers before they finalize their purchase if required. All shipments sent to EU member states will be charged VAT in compliance with EU legislation and local domestic tax policies. For orders shipping to non-EU regions, the buyer is responsible for all destination-side customs duties, import taxes and clearance expenses, unless special terms are stated on the Platform. The Seller accepts no liability for shipping delays or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, tax audits or import restrictions implemented by authorities in the buyer’s receiving country.

The Seller commits to processing buyers’ personal data solely to carry out order administration, product delivery, customer support, return and refund handling, statutory compliance and the fulfilment of the sales agreement. Disclosure of personal information shall only take place when required, and solely to third-party service partners participating in order fulfilment — including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer support vendors and platform operators — in full compliance with prevailing data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to shield buyers’ personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper use, modification or unlawful disclosure. All buyer information is treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Subject to relevant data protection regulations, buyers are entitled to exercise their statutory personal data rights, such as requesting access to their records, correcting inaccurate data, erasing personal information, limiting data processing activities and lodging objections against data usage.
