Shipment fees are calculated based on: The delivery destination; The total weight and volume of the order; The chosen delivery method. All shipment fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the Buyer confirms the order.

The Seller delivers products to: All addresses in Romania; Countries within the European Union; Other international destinations as agreed on a case-by-case basis. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

All prices displayed on the Platform and in any sales documents are quoted in Romanian Lei (RON) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate in Romania, unless otherwise expressly stated. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date of the order. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, the Seller reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

The Seller is committed to ensuring the security of all transactions and the confidentiality of Buyer data. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal and financial information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or disclosure.

Si vous changez d’avis
Vous avez 14 jours pour retourner vos produits. Les frais de retour seront à votre charge. Vous serez remboursé au plus tard 14 jours après la réception par le marchand de votre décision de vous rétracter. Veuillez noter que le marchand peut suspendre votre remboursement jusqu'à réception des produits ou de la preuve de renvoi des produits retournés, la date la plus proche étant retenue. Si vous disposez toujours de l'emballage d'origine, merci de l'utiliser pour renvoyer votre produit.
