Delivery Area Delivery is available to the countries and regions specified on the platform. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to remote areas or addresses where delivery is not reasonably possible. Delivery Time Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and start from the date of order confirmation and shipment. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or events beyond our control. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, delivery location, and selected delivery method. Exact costs are displayed before order confirmation. Order Processing Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within the time indicated on the product page. We reserve the right to delay shipment in case of incomplete payment, stock shortages, or incorrect buyer information. Risk Transfer The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or upon collection by the buyer or a designated carrier. Delivery Failure If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the buyer shall be responsible for resulting additional shipping costs or return fees. Customs and Import Duties For cross‑border deliveries, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures imposed by the destination country. Carrier Liability We select reliable carriers but are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused directly by the carrier’s negligence or operational issues, except as required by applicable law.

Included Taxes Unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page, all prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate in force in the country of dispatch or the destination country, as required by law. VAT Responsibility The Seller is solely responsible for assessing, collecting, declaring, and remitting all applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes due in connection with the transaction, in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. The Buyer shall pay the full amount including all taxes due at the time of order. Cross‑Border Shipments & Customs Duties For deliveries outside the country of dispatch: Import duties, customs taxes, excise duties, or any other local charges imposed by the destination country are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, costs, or penalties arising from customs procedures, inspections, or non‑compliance with local import rules. Tax Changes If the applicable tax rate changes between order confirmation and shipment, the Seller reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly, in compliance with applicable law. The Buyer will be notified of any material change before dispatch. Tax Documentation The Seller will issue a valid invoice including VAT details where required by law. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing information to ensure correct invoicing.

Security and Confidentiality The Seller undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the Buyer’s personal data and confidential information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. All personal information collected during the ordering, payment, and delivery process shall be treated as strictly confidential. Such data is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, managing deliveries, issuing invoices, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations. The Seller shall not disclose, sell, rent, or transfer any confidential or personal data to third parties except to trusted service providers strictly necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., payment processors, delivery carriers), or as required by law, regulatory authorities, or court order. The Buyer acknowledges that reasonable security measures are applied; however, absolute security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
