Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the products. Standard delivery is free for all orders over €50 (excluding certain remote areas). For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. All shipments are fulfilled from our EU-based warehouses, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Standard delivery times are typically 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided for every order. We currently do not ship to certain islands or remote locations. In case of unexpected delays, our customer service team will inform customers as soon as possible.
All prices displayed on our store include applicable VAT in accordance with European Union regulations. The applicable VAT rate is determined based on the destination country of the order. We comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations within the European Union.
