Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and product weight. We offer free standard shipping within mainland France for most items. For bulky or heavy products, additional shipping fees may apply and will be clearly indicated on the product page. For deliveries outside mainland France (Corsica, overseas territories, or other European countries), shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Products are shipped from our European warehouse or international warehouse depending on stock availability. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt or pickup option will be arranged by the carrier.

All prices displayed on our store include applicable VAT in accordance with French and European regulations. Our company is registered in France and complies with all applicable tax laws and obligations. We ensure that VAT is correctly applied based on the customer's delivery location. Invoices including VAT details will be provided upon request or with each order where applicable.
