Shipping fees depend on the product weight, size and delivery destination. Standard delivery within mainland France is usually charged between €0 and €9.90 depending on the product. Some large or heavy items may incur additional shipping costs which will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from our European warehouse. Estimated delivery time: France: 2-5 business days Delivery is carried out by professional carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS or Colissimo depending on the product and destination. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

All prices displayed on our ManoMano store include VAT in accordance with European tax regulations. The applicable VAT rate depends on the destination country of the order. Invoices including VAT details will be provided to customers upon request or included with the shipment when required by law.
