Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the size/weight of the product. The exact shipping cost is displayed before completing the order. We offer delivery within European Union countries. In some cases, shipping may be free depending on the product or promotional offers. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days depending on the destination country. Delivery is carried out by external courier services. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. In case of incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged. If the package is not collected and returned to the Seller, the Buyer may be charged for re-shipping. In case of visible damage to the package upon delivery, the Buyer should report it immediately to the courier and contact the Seller.

Prices include VAT applicable in the country of delivery, in accordance with the European Union VAT OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. The applicable VAT rate depends on the destination country of the Buyer. The Seller is registered for VAT in the European Union and complies with all applicable tax regulations. Invoices can be provided upon request.

The Seller ensures that all personal data provided by Buyers is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, delivery, and customer service. The Seller does not share personal data with third parties, except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g. payment providers, courier services). All payments are processed through secure external payment systems provided by the platform. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Vous avez 14 jours pour retourner vos produits. Les frais de retour seront à votre charge. Vous serez remboursé au plus tard 14 jours après la réception par le marchand de votre décision de vous rétracter. Veuillez noter que le marchand peut suspendre votre remboursement jusqu'à réception des produits ou de la preuve de renvoi des produits retournés, la date la plus proche étant retenue. Si vous disposez toujours de l'emballage d'origine, merci de l'utiliser pour renvoyer votre produit.

Autres modalités de retour
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their original condition
- Products returned without original packaging or with missing parts
- Custom or personalized products

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.

Returned products must be properly secured to avoid damage during transport.

In case of return due to reasons not related to the product defect, the initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
