Chicks cannot do without heat for the first 6 to 7 weeks, and a heating mat is the ideal solution for this.

You can also use these heating mats for other animal species. Think of poultry, reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals. The mat needs some time to heat up properly. Turn the mat on for 30 to 45 minutes before use so that the maximum temperature is reached.
