Subsequently, the cable is introduced from the side with the open hole and pushed until the membrane breaks and comes out of the cone, finally, the cable must be pulled in the opposite direction by approx. 1 cm. No tools are needed. They are made of EPDM which offers good resistance to atmospheric agents and diluted acids and excellent resistance to UV rays and ozone. Since EPDM is a soft material, these cable glands are the ideal solution for curved surfaces. Please note that these grommets also contain sulfur particles which could potentially have a negative effect on the LEDs.
