Key Features

Built to Last: Mainly made of aluminum alloy with an electrophoresis process, this product is impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable, ensuring your long-term use.

Thoughtful Design: With the built-in front and rear limit switches, this actuator will stop when it touches the switch. In addition, when the power is cut off during operation, it will remain in the current position to provide you with greater safety.

Strong Environmental Adaptability: The protection level of IP44 and the working temperature of 23-122°F enable this product to operate in various environments, ensuring excellent performance and reliability.

Long Stroke Performance: The 11.81-inch stroke with 0.39in/s speed can meet extensive push/pull requirements, suitable for electric nursing beds, operating beds, traction beds, massage chairs, and similar applications.

Heavy-Duty Load Capacity:  A high-efficiency permanent magnet DC motor and a maximum thrust of 900 N enable this product to produce precise linear motion, providing a high-load drive solution that widely serves the intelligent and automated needs of modern life.

Low Noise Operation: The premium motor ensures that this product operates with low noise(48 dB), ensuring a relatively quiet working environment while not causing interference to others.

Easy to Clean: Thanks to its smooth surface and simple construction, you can wipe the surface clean of stains with a rag(not included).

Good Customer Service: We stand behind all our guests and look forward to assisting you with your purchase. It is our pleasure to answer your confusion and questions. The end of the story between us is not "we sell and you buy".

Application

This product is widely used in electric nursing beds, operating beds, traction beds, massage chairs, dental chairs, electric wheelchairs, electric sofas, electric booths, electric skylights, ergonomic furniture and other occasions that require linear motion actuators, and it is widely used in many fields such as medical treatment, fire protection, household appliances, electromechanical, chemical industry, sanitary ware, and leisure.

How To Install

1. Prepare to connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12-volt battery (not included).

2. The black wire to the positive terminal and the red wire to the negative terminal will make the actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.

3. To simplify the last step, you can prepare a reverse polarity relay or switch (not included) for the actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.

Notes

1. Please do not exceed the rated load.

2. When installing the actuator, please ensure that the force of the load acts on the center of the extension tube and the rear mounting adapter.

3. All the actuators have a duty cycle, they are unable to work all the time without stopping. The duty cycle of this actuator is 10%. It means that your actuator needs 18 minutes to rest for every 2 minutes of work. If the actuator keeps working for a long time, the motor is easily burned out.

4. Please mount the actuator by securing the top and bottom mounting holes to two fixed positions. The stroke length of the actuator and the limitations of the particular application will determine the location of the fixed mounting positions.

5. Please confirm that the two-way movement of the linear actuator is smooth and within the actuator's stroke length after it has been installed. Please secure the top and bottom mounting holes of the linear actuator to two mounting fixtures with 5/16 inch diameter bolts.

6. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
