Instruction:
Step 1: Adjust the cutter
Insert a glass bottle into the cutter and tighten the screw; make sure the cutting wheel can touch the bottle with pressure.
Step 2: Score a line on the bottle
This is exactly the same as making a cut line when cutting glass. Rotate the cutter with one hand and hold the bottle steady with the other. This will require practice if you have never used a glass cutter before. Cut only once around the bottle.
Step 3: Heat and cool the cutting line
Rinse the score line alternately with cold and hot water until the glass bottle separates.
