Description
This layer thickness gauge is made of ABS. Paint thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of metal platings and coatings such as paint/enamel/chrome on steel, paint and anodized coatings on aluminum/copper, as well as the thickness of non-ferromagnetic coating on ferromagnetic metal. It is an essential equipment for surface treatment of materials. The car paint meter uses a built-in precision probe. Ultra precise resolution 1µm, FE/NFE coating measurement, automotive paint 0-2000 microns. Measurement accuracy: ± (3% + 1 UM), operating temperature: 14 °F ~ 122 °F. Electromagnetic induction and eddy effect automatically detect substrate properties. The layer thickness gauge uses built-in precision probes, namely F probe and N probe to automatically detect substrate material and provide accurate thickness data. In magnetic induction mode (F), the car paint meter performs in magnetic induction mode. In automatic mode (AUTO), the instrument can switch and measure the probe automatically. The paint thickness gauge is small, high precision, battery level display function, auto shut off function. Easy to carry and use, allowing users to measure anytime and anywhere, which brings more convenience and savings to users. The paint thickness gauge is used in FE, manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, goods inspection and other fields. The car paint meter can also work stably in laboratories, workshops and outdoors and can also be used on most cars. You can add up to 50 group data, which is enough to detect the thickness of the car coating.
