Reinforced Design: stainless steel clamp thickness up to 1.8 mm; the fixing clamps are made of 304 stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures up to 800°C and low temperatures down to -196°C, suitable for piping systems requiring high temperature resistance and relatively heavy loads, providing reliable fixing support.
Reinforced Rib Structure: the fixing brackets are designed in one piece by stamping, bending and U-shaped cutting, which particularly strengthens the rib design, increasing strength and anti-deformation performance. This design also allows better distribution and absorption of various stresses and vibrations.
Areas of Use: these fixing clamps are widely used for securing pipes to floors, ceilings and exterior walls. They can be used for fixing heating lines such as hot water, steam, water supply and heating pipes, as well as sprinkler systems, in high-temperature piping systems.
Installation Method: select the clamp size suitable for the pipe outer diameter, determine the hole positions according to the hole diameters and the clamp location, then tighten the screws. You can place a thin soft-material washer between the clamp and the pipe to reduce vibration and noise.
