3. Please ensure the frozen ingredients in the pints are TOTALLY FLAT. If it's NOT flat, you may DAMAGE the lame et it also will be possible to fall off the cap during mixing
4. Don't fill the pints too low (or too high), or the paddle will not work correctly
5. The lame is sharp, so be careful when handling it.
