Shipping costs are calculated and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Final delivery charges depend on the delivery address, as well as the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, plus the delivery method available for your order. Where free delivery applies to a specific product or entire order, this will be clearly stated at checkout. Any surcharges — including fees for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations — will be visible to the Buyer before the order is finally confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is verified and the order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer at checkout. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products are shipped either by the Seller or third-party couriers selected by the Seller. Estimated delivery timelines are shown before order confirmation and are subject to variation based on destination, courier capacity, public holidays, customs formalities (where applicable), and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer, or any third party nominated by the Buyer (excluding the courier). If the parcel shows obvious external damage on delivery, the Buyer shall reject acceptance where feasible, or notify the courier and the Seller of the damage promptly, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. Where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate address information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence at the delivery location, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s collection window, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any extra redelivery, storage or return fees, subject to applicable law.

ll displayed prices either include or exclude applicable taxes as stated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where required, VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges and any other applicable levies for your order will be calculated and displayed before the Buyer confirms the order. For shipments within the European Union, VAT is charged in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer shall bear all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly specified otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or additional expenses arising from customs procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller shall process the Buyer’s information solely for purposes necessary to administer orders, fulfil deliveries, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, meet statutory obligations and perform the sales contract. Personal data may only be shared with service providers engaged for order fulfilment — such as payment processors, delivery couriers, customer service vendors and marketplace operators — where necessary and in compliance with prevailing data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Buyer’s information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. The Buyer’s information will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to any third parties. Buyers may exercise their statutory rights in respect of their personal data under applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, where available.
