Shipment fees will be computed and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. The applicable delivery charge is determined by the delivery address, along with the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered Products, as well as the shipping method available for the relevant Order. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this benefit will be clearly stated before checkout. Any supplementary charges, such as fees for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will be disclosed to the Buyer before final order confirmation.

Orders will be processed for packing and dispatch once payment is verified and the Order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer at the time of order placement. The Buyer shall ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products are delivered either by the Seller or third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown before order confirmation and are subject to variation based on destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer, or any third party nominated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). If the parcel shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall reject acceptance where feasible, or notify the carrier and the Seller of such damage promptly, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to recover any extra delivery, storage or return charges from the Buyer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices displayed will either include or exclude applicable taxes, in accordance with the information shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs levies or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed (where required) before the Buyer confirms the Order. For shipments within the European Union, VAT will be levied in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be liable for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller undertakes to process the Buyer’s personal data only for objectives required to manage orders, organise shipment, deliver customer assistance, deal with returns and reimbursements, meet statutory requirements and perform the sales agreement. Personal data may only be disclosed to service partners engaged in order fulfilment, such as payment service providers, logistics carriers, customer support contractors and marketplace operators, when necessary and in compliance with prevailing data protection regulations. The Seller puts in place adequate technical and organisational security measures to shield the Buyer’s data from unauthorised access, loss, improper use, alteration or unauthorised release. The Buyer’s personal information will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be sold to any external third parties. Buyers may exercise their statutory rights relating to their personal data under relevant data protection rules, including where applicable the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection.
