Shipping charges shall be computed and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Applicable delivery fees are determined by the delivery address, along with the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, and the shipping options available for the order. If free shipping applies to a product or order, this information will be clearly stated before checkout. All supplementary charges, such as those for premium delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will be displayed to the Buyer before the order is finally confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is verified and the order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer when placing the order. The Buyer shall guarantee the completeness and correctness of all delivery details. Products are delivered either by the Seller or third-party logistics providers chosen by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order confirmation. Such timelines may fluctuate depending on the destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the goods by the Buyer, or any third party appointed by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). If the package shows obvious damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall reject acceptance where feasible, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographs and relevant delivery paperwork. Should delivery fail to be completed as a result of inaccurate details supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s stipulated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for extra delivery, warehousing or return expenses, subject to applicable laws.

All prices shown on the Platform at the time of purchase may either include or exclude relevant taxes, as specified on the page. Where required, VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges and any other taxes applicable to an order will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before order confirmation. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be levied in compliance with EU directives and local national tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the EU, the Buyer shall bear customs duties, import levies, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the receiving country, unless the Platform states otherwise. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller shall process the Buyer’s information exclusively for purposes required to administer orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, meet statutory duties, and execute the sales contract. Personal data may only be passed to service providers engaged in order fulfilment, including payment processors, delivery carriers, customer service vendors and marketplace operators. Any such transfer shall be necessary and carried out in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. The Seller maintains appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to safeguard the Buyer’s information from unauthorised access, loss, abuse, modification or release. The Buyer’s data shall be treated as confidential and will not be sold to external third parties. Buyers are entitled to exercise their rights relating to their personal data under applicable data protection legislation. These rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, where legally available.
